In 2024 we celebrated the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s 40th anniversary of being the leading global nonprofit in child protection. Over the past four decades, NCMEC has assisted with the safe recovery of more than 400,000 missing children, stopped the spread of millions of pieces of child sexual abuse material, and protected children with groundbreaking prevention education across the world.
