Unsolved AMBER Alerts: These Children Still Need Your Help

Since the first AMBER Alert program launched 27 years ago, more than 1,140 children have been recovered safely as a direct result of AMBER Alerts and the incredible communities that respond to them. 

In 2022, 74% of AMBER Alert cases were recovered within six hours and 93% were recovered within 24 hours.

Keshaun Williams, 15, was last seen on the 5700 block of Fleet Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio on June 23, 2023. Cleveland Police say Keshaun was picked up in a black Jeep SUV and hasn’t been seen since. The suspect is unknown.

Bryan Dossantos-Gomes was just four weeks old on December 1, 2006 when he was allegedly abducted at knifepoint by a stranger while on a walk with his mother in Fort Myers, Florida. According to law enforcement, the abductor, a heavyset white/Hispanic female in her late twenties, was traveling in a two-door black Ford Explorer SUV. She had long straight black hair and was wearing blue jeans and a black blouse. Law enforcement says she should be considered armed and dangerous. Bryan would now be 16; his abductor approximately 45 to 47.

Kahmila and Luis Ramirez were six months and five years old, respectively, when they were allegedly abducted by their non-custodial parents, Luis Herrera-Ramirez and Andrea Ramirez on May 4, 2018 in Tucson, Arizona. Felony warrants are on file for both Luis and Andrea. They may still be in the local area or they may travel to Mexico. Kahmila was last seen wearing a white onesie with yellow ruffles. Luis was last seen wearing a gray and white striped polo shirt and khaki pants. Luis would now be 10 and Kahmila five; their father 36 and mother 34.

Bianca Piper was 13 when she was last seen walking on McIntosh Hill Road in Foley, Missouri on March 10, 2005. Bianca left her home to go for a walk around 6:15 p.m. that night and never made it back home. Bianca has scars on her arms and legs, a scar on her abdomen and pierced ears. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a gray Adidas sweatshirt and white sneakers. Her nickname is “B.” Bianca may be in need of medical attention. Bianca would now be 31.

Sofia Juarez was four when she vanished from her home in Kennewick, Washington on February 4, 2003. At approximately 8 p.m. that night, Sofia walked out of her bedroom and has not been seen or heard from since. Sofia has a mole under her left eye and at the time she disappeared, her four top front teeth were missing. She has pierced ears and a birthmark on her lower back. Sofia was last seen wearing blue overalls, a red shirt, violet socks and white shoes. Sofia would now be 25.

Zaylee Fryar was only three months old when she and her mother, Shauna Marie Fryar, disappeared from their home in Millersville, Tennessee on May 1, 2011. Six days later, Zaylee’s mother was found deceased in the Cumberland River, approximately 40 miles from their home. The cause of Zaylee's mother's death remains unknown. Zaylee is biracial; she is black and white. She has a brown birthmark on her right leg. Zaylee would now be 12 years old.
